  • (We DO NOT accept international Customer/payment, your order will be cancelled, and there will be a 15% restocking fee)

  • At 700ML, you must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. We take the responsible sale of alcohol seriously, so any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker. Our delivery carriers are instructed to ask for and check identification upon delivery to ensure compliance with legal requirements. We strive to provide a seamless and safe shopping experience for all our customers.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to order from 700ML. Additionally, a signature from someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery to ensure compliance with legal regulations. We are committed to responsible alcohol sales and providing a secure shopping experience for our customers.

  • The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws. At 700ML, we emphasize the importance of compliance with all legal regulations to ensure a smooth and lawful transaction.

  • All orders placed will be shipped out in 1-3 business days.

  • We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • We do Not accept International order/payment.



    Returns by Consumers to Retailers: No returns are allowed. 
    Once your goods are shipped, there is no refund or cancellation of the order, the order will take effect within 1 hours after the order is placed, if you need to cancel the order please make sure to contact us within 1 hours.

  • A consumer cannot overbuy for a party and then return any of the unused alcoholic beverages. Neither can the recipient of a gift exchange it for other merchandise or be given a credit. Sales to consumers are final except as previously set forth.


700ML will not make any compensation for products damage in transit by FEDEX or Third-party Couriers. Please go to the Fedex official website to appeal your order for compensation.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may return the item after paying the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued only after the item is received and inspected for damages. Please note that returns cannot be insured, and the risk of loss or damage lies with the customer. In the unfortunate event that the item is lost or damaged during the return journey, no refund will be issued.

  • If an order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are allowed for a 10% restocking fee.

Non-California residents accept full responsibility for determining if their state or county laws permit the shipment of alcohol products to their location.

Shipping Laws and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for adhering to all state and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages from out-of-state. By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have determined if your state or county permits the shipment of alcohol products. You also affirm that you have obtained any necessary permissions, paid required fees, used properly licensed intermediaries where mandated, and have the legal entitlement to take possession of the alcoholic beverages ordered. Additionally, you assert that you and the person receiving the delivery are at least 21 years of age.

  • By utilizing our shipping service at 700ML, you declare that you are in accordance with your local and state laws concerning the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Our website provides information on states where common carriers are willing to deliver alcohol, but we do not guarantee compliance with shipping requirements to your specific state. Therefore, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all laws regarding shipments to your state. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless 700ML, its agents, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from the shipment of alcoholic beverages to your state, including any violations of federal, state, or local regulations pertaining to the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages.


Change in Shipping Laws

  • In the event that laws in your state change after placing an order and before shipment, making it illegal for you to import alcoholic beverages, you may return the order for a full refund. This is contingent upon providing proof of the relevant law changes to 700ML and its legal representatives. Returns must comply with California law, and cross-state returns are not permitted once an order has been shipped. Title to the goods transfers to you upon shipment, and no refund can be issued thereafter.


Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If you fail to receive your order after the specified number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency’s policy, and the product is returned to 700ML, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the original shipment was sent free of charge due to promotions, a $35 deduction will be applied for shipping and handling. You are liable for the full cost of any orders returned damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery.


Damaged Items

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safe packaging and delivery of your order, 700ML cannot be held responsible for minor damage or cosmetic defects that may occur during transit. Orders are typically packaged securely in durable boxes with foam cushioning. Please notify us of any special requests to hold or postpone your order during extreme weather conditions. For uninsured orders, you assume the risk of loss or damage. Clear images of damaged items are required for filing claims on insured orders.


Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances will700ML be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or access to our website, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 700ML reserves the right to modify any information on our website at our sole discretion. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions on this site, including its content, refrain from using it. Your sole recourse against 700ML is to discontinue site use, and our liability will be limited to the dollar value of your order.


Disclaimer of Warranties

  • While every effort is made to maintain the accuracy of our website, inadvertent factual or typographical errors may occur. 700ML expressly disclaims liability for any such errors or omissions in the information presented here. Consequently, all information on this website is provided "AS IS" without any warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.



Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final at 700ML. Requests to cancel an order that has not been packaged or shipped may be considered at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Legality and Validity

  • Should any provision or portion thereof of these terms and conditions, or its application to any person or circumstance, be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or portions thereof. The parties will endeavor to fulfill the intent of the severed provision as permitted by law.
